Family Baseball Morning

London Mets and Hackney Music Development Trust - Project Shadowball will be providing Baseball coaching and fun skills and games to introduce young people and their parents to the game of Baseball.This event is a preliminary event as a promotional day for the Shadowball Project.Hackney Music Development Trust's Shadowball is an innovative new baseball project featuring the creation of a new Jazz Opera, by composer Julian Joseph and author Mike Phllips, about Black Baseball players linked to a sports programme for primary schools, using the arts both as a learning tool for other areas of the curriculum, and to stimulate interest in the sport of baseball. This project is supported by many other partners. They are Baseball Softball UK, Major League Baseball, Inspired by London 2012 and other key sponsors.
