Green Bottle Pirate Hairy Toe and other Tales A family storytelling workshop with Sophie Snell

"Storytelling is the traditional art of telling a tale without reading from a book or learning a script. Folk tales, fairy tales, myths and legends have been handed down hundreds of years this way. For children and their parents/carers, this workshop is a short, fun dip into storytelling. Come and listen to a few stories, then have a go yourselves. Exploring with props, voice, and humour, Sophie will share her experience as a professional storyteller - how to remember simple tales, how to engage children (and adults!) of all ages, find stories you love and have fun with the telling."
