Twickenham Stadium are hosting one of National Family Week's 8 flagship sports days. Families will have the opportunity to learn about and enjoy playing sports together with activities to include inflatable games such as a bungee run, running races, football skills and beat the goalie competitions. There will also be live music, fairground rides, local stalls and the chance to kick a try over the legendary Twickenham posts.
Dr Bike will be holding a free surgery so make sure you bring your bike along for a check up. Dr Bike will make minor adjustments and advise you if your bike needs an appointment with a consultant (your local bike shop!).
So don't miss out on one of the biggest, free events for families set to take place as part of National Family Week 2010.

This event will also be part of the Guinness World Record attempt for the Largest Three-legged Race – Multiple Venues! If you wish to join in and help to enter the record books, make sure you and a family member or friend are ready to start the race at 3pm. And don't forget to register to make sure you count.
