MS Trust

'' The MS Trust is delighted to be supporting National Family Week. We support people, their families and friends at all stages of MS. This week allows us to highlight information we provide to help families and friends understand the unpredictability of MS and the research we fund into the impact of MS on families. ''

The MS Trust is a charity working with and for people in the UK with multiple sclerosis (MS). Our vision is to enable people with MS to live their lives to the full.

We provide:

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common cause of neurological disability in young adults, affecting as many as 100,000 people in the UK. Everyone knows the negative images that a diagnosis can conjure up and whilst no one denies that MS may be devastating, positive steps can be taken to improve quality of life. MS may be incurable but it is far from untreatable.

Most people will be diagnosed with MS between 20 to 40 years old, at a time in life when many will be planning to start a family or already have young children.
