Women Like Us is delighted to be supporting National Family Week. We are in touch with 10,000 mums who are looking to make the return journey to work. We support mums in practical ways to help them find work in all kinds of sectors on a part-time or flexible basis. It is absolutely possible to bring in an income, in a fantastic job, whilst still having that crucial time at home. We want to spread that message this National Family Week.

Women Like Us helps women with children to find flexible work that fits around family life, and sources experienced and skilled part-time staff for employers. The multi-award winning social enterprise is experiencing rapid growth, with nearly 10,000 London based women now registered. It combines a commercial, part-time focused recruitment service, with free career coaching to help make women feel "work ready" again. Women Like Us has just been honoured with the Queen's Award for Enterprise (April 2009).

Across the UK there are half a million talented women who want to work but cannot find flexible employment to fit around their family lifestyles. Founded in 2005 by two working mums who realised the experience and skill-base of this hidden network of women, Women Like Us has a social mission to help all mums on the return journey to work.

Women Like Us helps parents to find flexible or part-time work with employers across a range of sectors, for jobs as diverse as the people it represents. Through Women Like Us, parents have found roles as cooks and chief financial operators, administrators and accountants, delivery people and designers... the list goes on.
