Working Families offers a free legal helpline from Monday to Friday. Working parents and carers can call 0800 013 0313 for advice on:

• Maternity and paternity rights.
• The "Right to Request" flexible working.
• Tax credits and other benefits.
• There are free factsheets available to download on the website.
